Hello! I have arrived on the other side of a very stressful end to my junior year at Taylor. Somehow I am not entirely burnt out after working practically nonstop for two-three weeks straight. I am very thankful for the understanding that my professors showed me in a semester that I was initially unable to take on. But here I am!
Of all of the many things I want to tell of, first and foremost is my desire to share what is coming ahead in this summer. At the end of June, I will be flying to Turin, Italy to complete my web design practicum. I will be serving through an international missions organization, Operation Mobilization--at their communications office in Torre Pellice, Italy. (!!)
Torre Pellice is about as close to the French border as one can get. It resides in a valley, surrounded by the Alps to the west and to the north. Some of the more astounding pictures I have found so far...
That will have to be all for now. I am keeping busy in preparation for both the soon-coming Italy trip and the year ahead, where I hope to step in to some roles with confidence and boldness. I am full of all kinds of anticipation, and it seems to grow by the day.
More updates ahead! Feel free to drop me comments below or to email me (or drop a comment to ask for my email!) whenever.
